Please choose your ceramic object carefully as I do not accept returns. All items are final sale.
Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice damage upon unpacking your parcel, contact me within 48 hours of receiving the object with digital images of the damage. If I find that the object was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the object with another one but not exactly the same. All my works are hand-made objects and are not mass-produced. Every object is unique.
In the event that I am unable to replace the object I will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged piece.
